It is a way to experience the unexpected flavor pairings in savory dishes through the introduction of spices and aromas typically used in desserts, providing a ‘SWALTY” approach that combines sweet and salty flavors for the elevated savor. A style of private catering emphasizing high-quality ingredients, simplicity and elegant artistry while promoting quiet elegance in dining.
It may start with the unexpected scent of vanilla or the aromatics of Arabian jasmine that has been brushed on the plate, referencing the flavor infused into the shelled giant prawns dish you are about to eat, while awakening and challenging your palate from start to finish. For a cocktail party setting, a tasting menu will be created for your guests' experience of eating edible art with orchestrated spirits for a unique pairing.
