I was asked to create a TRIO of chocolate/desserts to be presented with three wines as they sweets pairing menu.

Lola Rose - GRAND MEZZE - Bar
At the THOMPSON HOTEL Palm Springs channels the sophisticated allure of the Mediterranean into a lively, Levantine-inspired dining destination, using Californian ingredients, in Downtown Palm Springs.
Located on the second floor of Thompson Palm Springs, Lola Rose offers a unique take on mezze-style dining.
Cake & Cakes was asked to create a BAKLAVA to be paired with a specialty drink served at the bar, lounge and out terrace area. Go elevate your senses by the unique pair.

Willie’s Modern Fare Restaurant - Rancho Mirage, CA.
Cake & Cakes created tea size desserts for their Sunday Tea Service going now on the third year season to compliment their traditionally scrumptious scones and tea sandwiches. A service that has now captivated a new and loyal following. A carefully curated selection of teas and accompanied with bubbly champagnes.

Trixie Motel - Palm Springs, CA.
Cake & Cakes was commissioned to create a cake that represents what they are about…love! So using their heart shaped logo as inspiration. A small heart shaped cake for 2-3 people made as Entremets. Made of mousse, chocolate shell and a simple logo strip for their guest to enjoy.
The dessert is specially made exclussively for The Trixie Motel.

SCOOP - Palm Springs + San Diego, CA.
Since 2019, SCOOP has donated over $205,000, including $55,000 this year to their beneficiary ProduceGood - their largest gift yet!
SCOOP has asked me to participate in a unique way. To collaborate with a local ice cream company and create a unique flavor. I’m partnering with an L. A. based company that also has a shop in Palm Springs… CARMELA ice cream co. at the Flannery Exchange building in downtown Palm Springs.
We are working on a new flavor and unique presentation for the SCOOP PALM SPRINGS event on November 2nd.
I’m thrilled to have this opportunity and humbled that I have received many invitation by respected businesses and community members in collaborations & co-branding projects.
When two respected brands that are well known for their unique approach in creating the unforgettable in their fields combine their strengths to expose each other to new audiences. This is called cross pollination in advertising. We call this helping each other towards becoming better human beings!
